Dear Patient PAL, Each time I interact with you I am reminded of how invaluable your time and influence were to myself, my dad and my family. I still can't believe we waited more than six months to get an answer verifying the condition of my Father's health. Then, because of you, inside of just a few hours and phone calls my Father was finally in the doctors' office with his files receiving an official confirmation of Stage 4 lung cancer. Although it was sad and painful news, it was an answer. With your partnership we did all that we could yet, it was less than six months later that we said goodbye and Dad went to Heaven.
Since that farewell you have continued to help our family and I am grateful. My uncle was put on stand-by from his insurance company and then denied the removal of melanoma skin cancer. Once again, with your guidance and work, we had my uncle at the doctors' office and getting the deserved, and life saving, medical attention he needed. I am happy to write that he is doing great!

We are grateful for the hours you have spent in researching the assisted living locations in New York, and for the specific information on the quality of each one. Along with that we were able to make a determination as to the location that would best for our mother, and as you know, by your excellent follow-up, we decided to bring her to Arizona. I just wanted to personally thank Patient PAL for providing their program for my daughter. You have taken a great deal of stress away from myself and my wife. Our daughter's condition is very difficult as most doctors have little to no knowledge of this horrible disease. Finding a doctor that is familiar with the condition and can offer a plan of treatment has been extremely difficult. We have spent hours and hours on the phone trying to find help. We have been told that there was nothing more that could be done for our daughter. Since Patient PAL has come into the picture that has since changed!
The people at Patient PAL have been extremely helpful and thorough. Patient PAL and their nurses have been absolutely the best. They call us quite often just to check on how our daughter is doing. They have also found us a Child Neurologist that is knowledgeable of RSD. We had an appointment set up with this doctor at the end of the month. My daughter was in horrible pain and we contacted Patient PAL to see if they could offer any advice. Patient PAL was able to get our appointment moved up three weeks and got an appointment for her the day after we contacted Patient PAL! They did this in a matter of five minutes. This appointment has made a big difference in the quality of our daughter's daily life - 3 weeks earlier than planned.
This program is absolutely fantastic for people like us who can't get answers of help in an efficient, thorough manner. We have seen many doctors and have even traveled to LA to try and get our daughter help. Up until Patient PAL came into play, We were frustrated and felt as though we were in a hopeless situation.It is comforting to know that there is a company out there that is so helpful and working so hard for us.

Dear Patient PAL,
As you all know dealing with insurance companies can be very stressful and frustrating. Since our little boy was born as a 3 lb 7 oz preemie we have fought constantly with hospitals and insurance companies over the many bills our little boy has incurred. Since becoming a client of Patient PAL many of those stresses of trying to deal with a premature baby and all the medical bills that come along with having one, have been greatly alleviated.Our little boy has condition that makes it so he has to be fed through a feeding tube. The formula that is used for our baby is very expensive, sometimes as much as $1800 per month. Our insurance company did not want to cover several months of these feedings so we had to do an appeal with our insurance. Neither my wife nor I had the time to take on a task such as this. That's where Patient PAL came in. They took our appeals process through from start to finish, and we won!!Our baby's formula is now covered under our insurance policy. We don't know what we would have done without you!
