We, at Patient PAL, are excited to participate in this new journey you are about to embark on. Now that you have the “tool” to begin, your patient advocate is here, 24 hours a day 7 days a week, to assist you to stay on course.
Patient PAL offers patient advocacy services, 24 hours a day 7 days per week, that will help guide you along your journey. Patient PAL will come to the rescue for:
- Helping to ensure that your medical professionals are within your insurance network.
- Provide 24/7 guidance, support and motivation for lifestyle changes.
- Help you gain access to a registered Dietician for ongoing education on nutrition, vitamins and minerals.
- To be a support to you when you need it most.
- Patient PAL will be available 24 hours a day, 7 days per week, post bariatric surgery, to provide guidance, support and motivation for lifestyle changes. We will answer general healthcare questions and offer direction, but also help you explore and understand health insurance benefits and other costs related to follow up care.
