This program is absolutely fantastic for people like us who can’t get answers of help in an efficient, thorough manner. We have seen many doctors and have even traveled to LA to try and get our daughter help. Up until Patient PAL came into play, We were frustrated and felt as though we were in a hopeless situation. As you all know dealing with insurance companies can be very stressful and frustrating. Since our little boy was born as a 3 lb 7 oz preemie we have fought constantly with hospitals and insurance companies over the many bills our little boy has incurred. Since becoming a client of Patient PAL many of those stresses of trying to deal with a premature baby and all the medical bills that come along with having one, have been greatly alleviated. Our little boy has condition that makes it so he has to be fed through a feeding tube. The formula that is used for our baby is very expensive, sometimes as much as $1800 per month. Our insurance company did not want to cover several months of these feedings so we had to do an appeal with our insurance. Neither my wife nor I had the time to take on a task such as this. That’s where Patient PAL came in. They took our appeals process through from start to finish, and we won!! Our baby’s formula is now covered under our insurance policy. We don’t know what we would have done without you!
